How to Request a Higher TNZ Credit Limit

Find the TNZ credit limit extension form, check who must complete it, and learn what details you need to request a higher account limit.

To increase your account's configured credit limit, complete the Credit Limit Extension form.

Before You Start

The form is for incorporated businesses. An authorised director of the business must complete it. If this does not describe your business or role, contact TNZ to discuss your requirements.

Complete the Form

  1. Open the Credit Limit Extension form.
  2. Enter your contact and account details. Include your name, email address, phone number and TNZ account number.
  3. Enter the company details. Confirm that the business is incorporated and that you are an authorised director.
  4. Enter the Requested New Credit Limit. Use the total limit you want your account to have. For example, to move from an $800 limit to a $5,000 limit, enter $5,000.
  5. Read the agreement and complete the acknowledgements. Review the linked TNZ terms before you agree.
  6. Complete the acceptance details. Enter your full legal name and position or job title, then submit the form.

After You Submit

The form displays “Your request has been received!” after submission. This confirms receipt of your application.

TNZ may approve the requested limit, approve a lower amount or decline the request. Submitting the form does not confirm an increase.

If you need help completing the form or checking your request, contact TNZ.
