What happens once you're connected

Some teams automate everything behind the scenes and never open the dashboard. Others live inside the TNZ Dashboard, using it as the source of truth for managing their messaging, contacts and templates. Both work.

You can trigger a message from a calendar entry, a form response or a CRM field, and follow up with a voice call or an email if the text goes unanswered. Set it up visually using TNZ, or build yourself with the API.

Use the right connection. Some integrations use guided setup; others require a script, automation platform or API. Each integration page explains what is supported.

Keep useful activity moving. TNZ can return delivery information, replies and opt-outs to your workflow, directly in your app of choice (if supported).

No, most integrations use built-in configuration and settings (rather than custom code). Developer-oriented connections such as the APIs, SMPP, AWS Lambda and PowerShell require technical setup. Check the integration page or ask the TNZ team if you are unsure.

Access to TNZ integrations is included with the TNZ platform subscription unless an integration page states otherwise. For example, Zapier, GoHighLevel and HubSpot might integrate at no extra charge, however, SalesForce and Dynamics 365 may charge additional fees. Message charges apply, and third-party products such as Zapier or your CRM may have their own plan requirements.

Supported messaging actions vary by integration. Check the relevant integration page for its available SMS, Voice, Email, Fax, WhatsApp or reply capabilities.

Yes. Excel and Google Sheets both connect, so you can filter a list, personalise each message, and track what was delivered. You can also import spreadsheet lists into the TNZ Dashboard for easier on-going management.

Yes. Google Calendar and Outlook Calendar both work. Add the mobile number to the event and TNZ sends the reminder for you.
