Instructions

  1. Register your TNZ account
  2. Add your Zendesk email address as a TNZ User (be sure to use the same email address that sends messages from Zendesk)
  3. Contact us to enable Zendesk connectivity for your User
  4. Start using the service!

Respond to tickets from your Zendesk dashboard and TNZ will handle the rest, delivering your replies via SMS or Voice. The Zendesk integration uses Email-to-SMS and Email-to-Voice - use the appropriate TO address when creating a new ticket.
