Instructions
- Register your TNZ account
- Add your Zendesk email address as a TNZ User (be sure to use the same email address that sends messages from Zendesk)
- Contact us to enable Zendesk connectivity for your User
- Start using the service!
Respond to tickets from your Zendesk dashboard and TNZ will handle the rest, delivering your replies via SMS or Voice. The Zendesk integration uses Email-to-SMS and Email-to-Voice - use the appropriate TO address when creating a new ticket.
