Receiving Faxes

When using TNZ's Internet Fax service, your fax number is hosted on our cloud fax network.

Faxes sent to your fax number are received by the fax service and converted to a PDF or TIF file.

There are three methods for receiving faxes:

1. Via your Dashboard login
   Inbound faxes are logged in your dashboard (View Messages | Faxes Received).
   You can drill in and view the fax.
   
   
2. Via Email
   You can receive the fax via email.
   The fax will be attached as a PDF or TIF. The email will contain the sender's fax number and the date/time the fax was received.
   
   
3. Via API (HTTP, SOAP, FTP)
   We have API options available for retrieval of faxes. Contact the team to discuss options.
