Changing The Email Address For Receiving Faxes

Updating a fax number's termination email address can be done via the Web Dashboard.

• Log into the Web Dashboard at my.tnz.co.nz
• Select Service Settings | TFax Numbers from the menu
• Click on the fax number you would like to update
• Click the Edit/Modify button
• Select the Fax Options tab
• Adjust Email Address field to match the new email address
• Click the Update button
• Repeat these steps for other fax numbers that require updating

This change takes effect immediately.
