Changing My Voicemail Greeting

To update your Voice Number's Answering Machine message:

1. Log into the web dashboard at https://my.tnz.co.nz
2. Select Service Settings | Voice Numbers from the menu
3. Click on the Voice Number you would like to update
4. Click the Edit/Modify button
5. Select the Inbound Mode tab
6. If the current Mode is not 'Take Voicemail', take a note of the mode
7. Select the Take Voicemail Mode option
8. Click the Upload New Greeting button and import your recording
9. Select the preferred Mode (from Step 6)
10. Click the Update button to save your changes
