If your messages are delayed or something does not look right, you can check TNZ's live service status in a few seconds. This guide shows you where to look, how to get notified about incidents, and what to check on your own account first.

TNZ publishes a live status page at status.tnz.co.nz. It shows:
- Whether TNZ's endpoints are operating normally right now
- Any planned outages (scheduled maintenance windows)
- Past events, so you can see recent incidents and how they were resolved

Scheduled maintenance is listed on the status page ahead of time under planned outages. If you run time-sensitive messaging, subscribe so you can plan around any maintenance windows.
