Dashboard Improvements

Make everyday tasks faster and easier with these updates to the TNZ Web Dashboard.

Activity Tracking on SMS Broadcasts See message activity (sends, opens, replies) in one table for easier analysis on who is receiving and interacting with your messages.
Opt-Out Management New options let you:
1. Apply opt-outs by account, subaccount, or department, giving you granular control over departments. For example, Newsletter opt-outs might only apply to the Marketing department while Outage opt-outs might apply to all users.
2. When viewing a list of failed messages, instantly add failed destinations to your opt-out list with the ' Add Failures To Opt Out List' button.
Control the Email <head> Advanced users now have the ability to edit an email template's Source and customize the <head> metadata directly within the email builder. This enhancement provides greater design flexibility and control.
New Email Templates Streamline your workflow by using pre-built email templates, designed to save you valuable design time and effort.
Calendar Quick Notify Running late? When using the Dashboard's Calendar tool, notify all remaining appointments in one click from the calendar view.
Auto-Create SMS Conversations When using the Dashboard's Conversations tool, received SMS messages can now automatically open a new conversation.
Auto-Create Contacts from SMS Keywords When using an SMS Keyword on a short code, received SMS messages can now auto-create an Address Book contact.
