Advanced IVR Telephony Solutions for your Business


IVR Systems are a common feature of many corporate phone strategies today.

Requirements can vary from organisation to organisation. We have split the Hosted IVR product into two separate tiers, so you can get the best value for your business.


Features Simple Complex
Supply your own audio messages.

Existing audio can be used. Move your existing voice prompts and menu actions from an existing IVR solution, or have your own voice recording artist record your messages.
Web Based Management Console.

Make adjustments to your Hosted IVR configuration via a Web Portal.
Number Portability supported.

Keep your existing telephone number while moving across to the across to the Hosted IVR service. An additional $40.00 set up fee may apply for Number Portability services.
Large call capacity support for high volume numbers.

Suitable for large Call Centres, television callback numbers, etc.
Calls can be forwarded to any landline or mobile number worldwide.

Calls can also be stepped between a range of numbers until the call is answered.
Voicemail Recording Solution for a Voice Message Box.

Options for calls to reach a voicemail recording solution. Recorded messages will be emailed as a WAV file to a predetermined email address (voicemail to email).
Calls can be forwarded directly to a SIP Registration point over the Internet.

For example, calls can be directed to your PABX or a SIP capable device without incurring a toll charge.
Time of Day and Day of Week special routing.

Set up different voice messages, keypad options and call flows for business hours, after hours and weekends.
Support for multiple DTMF tone responses.

For example, "Enter your account number" or "Enter your credit card number, followed by the hash key", where you can gather more information from a single voice prompt or menu.
Recorded message played to the party answering the call. This can be used to advise the staff member how to answer the call.

For example, when your Call Centre Operator answers the call, they could hear a message stating "Incoming call from MyCorp's Toll Free Number", so they can answer the call with "Hello, you have reached MyCorp".
Multiple menu levels for enhanced call distribution and placement.

For example, the first call menu could be "Press One for Accounts, Press Two for Sales". When pressing one, a second menu can be presented "Press One for Accounts Receivable, Press Two for Accounts Payable", etc.
