TFaxIn Service How it Works
The TFaxIn service is an internet fax service.
This means that TNZ Group will receive fax documents on behalf of your fax machine and deliver them to you via email, FTP or our Web Portal.

When
signing up for the TFaxIn Service, TNZ Group will issue a
dedicated TFaxIn number
or you can
port your existing number to us.
This is how it works:
- TNZ Group will issue a dedicated TFaxIn Number (Landline / DDI OR Toll-Free/0800/1300 number) or your can port your existing number to TNZ Group.
- A customer sends a fax document to your fax number.
- The TFax Server receives this fax document and converts to an electronic document (such as PDF or TIFF).
- TFax Server delivers this electronic document to your email address OR to your FTP server and logs it on the Web Portal.
